When should I stop exercising?
Watch out for these signs of when to stop exercising:
Nausea / Feeling sick to the stomach
Excessive tiredness
Dizziness or feeling light-headed
Excessive shortness of breath
Blurry vision
Irregular or very fast heart beats
Any chest pain, including pressure, tightness and heaviness in your chest, neck, jaw, or arm
Severe leg cramps
Stop if you feel any of these symptoms and inform your doctor that this is happening
However, if you experience the symptoms below call 000 immediately.
Loss of consciousness
Severe chest pain, pressure or tightness
Severe chest pain spreading to your neck, jaw or back
Loss of vision
Weakness in one side of your body or face
Severe headache
Confusion
Loss of vision
Difficulty breathing
Slurred speech or difficulty speaking
